I have been mountain biking for about 2 years, i own a GT avalanche 1.0 which i have recently upgraded the brakes to a haynes hydraulic disk braking system. I am 35 years old and i tent to go out when i can, i work full time on shifts so it is a bit hard sometimes to find time. I normally ride within the nottingham area.
